This service is aimed at increasing the transparency of the settlement of students in Student Dormitory.

Step-by-step actions:

To apply for a place in the Student House, you need:

1. Fill out the registration form online (for students of 2,3,4 courses on the e-Services page, in their personal account)

  • Tick the preferential right to move in (privilege). If there is one. If not, then just send the application.
  • Attach evidentiary documents (8-14 points)
  • Send application

2. In your personal account, after receiving a notification that your application has been approved, you need to wait for the status of your application to be updated on the e-Services page. After that, you must print out the order for settling and go to the head of the Student Dormitory.

3. The head of the Student Dormitory, on the basis of the order, concludes an agreement with you and through the bank you must pay for the accommodation.

4. After receiving the order and drawing up an agreement on accommodation in the Students' Dormitory, you must check in within 5 days or notify the administration of the faculty about good reasons for extending the check-in period. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

5. Within a week from the date of the conclusion of the agreement on residence, you must undergo a medical examination at the Health Center of KazNU.
